PNW Wound Specialist is a mobile wound care practice serving Spokane, Spokane Valley, and nearby communities. We bring care directly to patients in their homes and residential care settings, helping reduce the challenges of traveling to appointments.

A Team Working Together for Your Care

Our team includes physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and registered nurses, with physician oversight. Our medical providers evaluate wounds and develop treatment plans, while our nurses provide wound care according to those plans and communicate changes to the treating provider.

We work with patients, families, caregivers, and referring providers to support coordinated care.

A Plan Built Around Your Healing

Your care begins with a thorough assessment of your wound, health history, and factors that may affect healing. From there, your provider develops a treatment plan based on your needs and clinical findings.

Treatment may include wound dressings, compression when appropriate, and other interventions to support healing. We monitor your progress and adjust your plan as needed. When a wound needs additional support, your provider may consider advanced treatments if they are clinically appropriate.

Your Partnership Matters

Healing takes teamwork. Following your care plan, keeping scheduled visits, and sharing changes or concerns help us provide effective care.
